Yep, La Crosse Kansas. I think there is a city feature requirement in Kansas. Every city in Kansas has a worlds this or that thing proudly written on a sign. Sometimes a rather non-descript sign at a place of fair traffic into the city.
On 10th street in Great Bend Kansas, for all the high traffic coming from the west of Great Bend. That Includes the airport. At few hundred yards east of the 4 lane 4 way stop, is the sign for Jack Kilby.
Also, in Kansas, is the worlds deepest hand dug well, worlds largest prairie dog, worlds best cousins, I could go on…
